Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Overview
We’re looking for a designer to create a refreshed visual identity system that brings consistency across three connected brands, while allowing each to retain its own personality. The work will sit within the education and events sector, engaging schools, teachers, students, and employers.
What’s Needed
• A modernised, professional identity that visually ties the three brands together as one group.
• Distinct styles for each brand that reflect their audiences and purpose.
• Shared design elements (colour palettes, typography, graphic devices) that create consistency across all outputs.
• A small suite of vector assets and visual devices that can be used across social media, presentations, proposals, resources, and banners.
• A clear but simple style guide showing how to apply the identity in practice.
Deliverables
• Updated colour palettes and typography guidance.
• Shared graphic devices and supporting assets in editable vector format.
• 2–3 example applications (social posts, slides, banners, or worksheets).
• Style guide (short, practical, and easy to use).
Style Considerations
• Professional, modern, and engaging.
• Real imagery (we will supply photos), not stock-heavy.
• Longevity - visuals that will still feel relevant in years to come.
About the Brands
• Core brand: credible, professional, ambitious.
• Digital platform: clear, practical, supporting teachers.
• National challenge: energetic, youth-focused, celebratory.
Important
We’re not looking for a set of quick templates, this needs to be quality design work with distinctive, usable brand assets that elevate how we present ourselves. More detailed guidance will be provided to shortlisted designers.
