Magento website upgrade

General information for the website: A magento e-commerce website that sells natural skin products.
Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I'm looking for a magneto developer that can upgrade my magento site to the latest version of magento please take a look at my site www.inaturalstore.com i expect the php version to be upgraded to version PHP 5.3 or 5.4 (please refer to attachment)this also has to be done when upgrading my magento version, whoever picks this up will be the main person i turn to for future work.
