Looking to copy two websites.

I need copy of two websites, First is blocket.se and hemnet.se

Blocket.se is a trading website that allows anyone to post ads into specific categories with user friendly search interface and user friendly layout. I need you to make a copy of that website and try figure out backend i will provide details for work neccesary and how website should work.

It will have mobile app attached prefering it needs to be in for iphone and android. The mobile app will have same functions as website including searchable database, also work here will be given instructions.

Second website is hemnet.se

This website is a home portal for all real estate agents to register and post ads with all description of real estate including interacting google maps api that provides location details.

Also will have mobile phone app application with all functions avaible.

Let me know if this is feasable , and in what time frame it can be done at what price is reasonable.
