Looking for Experienced Developers

we would like to invite you to propose on a few projects. Basically, they’re meant to be learning tools for us to learn new technologies.

The projects are the following:

1. Translating a program and some other code from MS Access/VBA to a C# Windows Forms application with a PostgreSQL database;
2. Translating the same program and the same other code from MS Access/VBA to a PHP web application with a PostgreSQL database;
3. Translating the same program and the same other code from MS Access/VBA to an Android phone application (or a Windows Phone 8 C# application translated into Android via Mono) with a PostgreSQL database.

Actually i want to hire some experienced resources on permanent basis. There are few more projects to discuss as well
