Looking for an accountant

Looking for a fixed price accountant for a start up Limited company in a garment printing business. Number of bank transactions is expected to be in around 40-60 per month (excludes sales orders and order payments which will be dealt with ourselves). Expected turnover is less than £30K till the end of the year.

Services required:
- bookkeeping (excluding sales orders and order payments)
- Year end accounts
- Management accounts
- Business tax returns
- VAT returns
- Deal with HMRC and Companies House
- Unlimited advise on tax matters

We will be expecting:
- an online system we can see up to date accounts on (i.e. KashFlow or similar)
- a secure online system to upload receipts, statements etc. to for processing
- a tax investigation insurance as part of the quote
- confirmation that services supplier is insured

Potential for payroll for 1-2 people in the next 5-6 months.

Company is part of a group, potential to expand to cover the parent company in the future.
