Looking for a highly skilled developer

A .com that will supply sound files of all types to a market place that will include the commercial music industry, film industry, and the consumer market. This .com will also provide a place where consumers, engineer’s, or professional’s can load up their own unique files that they themselves may have recorded and receive a percentage when such a sound file is sold through this .com.
