Looking for a graphic designer, cartoon character design

hello all,

We are looking for someone to design a few cartoon characters for us, we want it to be 2D simple but focused on young children/babies. They will be used with wording around it, such as

Welcome to the World Little Princess Phoebe "just an idea"

We are looking to put these onto posters with a White background just as an idea.

Cartoon characters we are looking at are:

Princess
Pirate
Soldier
Any child character that you are confident on drawing.

We are looking for someone that is competent and also can show us some good examples of their work who also doesn't mind putting their own stamp on the work.
