Logo, Icons, and events calendar design and function

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer who could assist me with a logo, a set of icons, and an events calendar for a community network website I am developing. In terms of the design ideas I pretty much have a good idea what I require however these need professional refinement and finishing. Also for some of the graphics they will be interactive/functional on the site, e.g. the calendar will be interactive. One of my most important objectives for the site is to create a sense of unity, cohesion, balance, and consistency, and would like this reflected through the graphics. In terms of the design I am looking for a balance between, or an appeal to both, urban and rural, old and young, hi-tech and low-tech, etc.

My requirements are as follows:

1. Logo and 6 profile type icons

2. Main menu icons (x8)

3. Site functionality icons (15 - 25)

4. Circular Events Calendar
