I have a weight loss blog I need to update

Need to revamp my blog to give it a bit more professional look. Attch pictures I kind of logo had in mind.

The vital 3 is 1.water (blue) 2.nutrition (green) 3.cardio (red) also 3 minutes patten using the globe, with a swish fying around from the logo

See 3 links as small triangles in a bigger one or not one at all.

The logo is also going to be used at the header of blog with the words secretoflosingweight then pic of logo and other side thevital3.
