Logo enhancement

We are looking at refreshing one of our clients' existing logo. The Illustrator file attached is the new 2D version of it. What I am looking for is someone to enhance it further with some three-dimensionality. The PDF attached gives some example of what I am talking about. The vodafone logo is probably the closest example of what I am after, but if you think there is a better way of doing it, please give it a go. Once the 3D version has been created, I would also like to see what it looks with some perspective - see example (this was done my me using the perspective tool in photoshop, just to show you what I'm after. There is probably a better way of doing it). Then third, I would like the graphic element of the logo into a square icon button (like facebook and Twitter).
Timing - I am looking to make a decision on illustrator on Tuesday evening, then have the illustrations by Thursday evening.
Price - The price you quote will be for initial illustrations and doubled if the client approves it.
