Logo design for new start-up

This new business needs a logo - it's called FindMyWin and is focussed on helping Small to Medium sized businesses win new business. I'm looking for a corporate feel, not script-like text but easy on the eye and catchy (not too hard then). I'm not absolutely convinced I need a symbol to go with the name but am happy to be convinced if it is clear, adds value and could stand on its own and be very recognisable (the Nike tick et al). Logo should be in colour wheel scope of #ebcd38. Web page for colour scheme is attached to this post.

Whoever is successful in completing the logo will potentially be given business card, letter head, invoice, e-mail, social media background designs too.

I am flexible on budget and more interested in finding the right person to work with.
