Logo design

im looking for a logo to be designed for my business. i am a light designer, i mainly design architectural lights.
i am looking for a logo that incorporates the main three letters of the companies name ( cameron design house) CDH, i want something that does not include images directly so mainly working with the CDH,( but i am open to suggestion) i also want the logo to incorporate shadow, either with the text to create the letters or in some other imaginative way?
my current logo is good, but it does not sum up the business correctly! and as the business is going live in a month, i really need this to be sorted soon.
the logo will appear on all the lights so must be simple and small as it will be etched or lasered into the products.
i hope this is a interesting project for somebody, and hopefully will look good in the portfolio.
