Legal Advice/Contract Writer Requried.

Socialite is a Social Network that is due for launch on the 25th of July 2013.

I require legal advice from a lawyer and a write up of a contract for my developer that will be receiving equity out of the deal.

Aspects:
-Control Stock Equity
-Non voting right shares
-Contract write ups.

I will be looking to use you in the future as my investors are Deloitte execs and I will probably be receiving many contracts from them that need to be reviewed.
