Legal Advice

I run a small group of limited companies and am dissolving one, I need some business advice about the loan facility with the current bank, and a personal guarantee.

This is a test case as I am setting up a new website called businessdirect.biz which will be offering lots of business services, and I want a knowledgeable friendly legal business advisor, to work through peopleperhour on a regular basis.
