Lead Generation/Sales for UK B2B

Im looking for someone to familiarise themselves with our product - TeamBuilder - and then to generate UK based leads that we can try to sell to.

The size of company that normally buys has upwards of 20 employees. Different sales tactics tend to be employed depending on whether the company/HR contact already uses or has experience of psychometrics from other companies so itd be beneficial to know this too along with the lead.

We are tracking leads using Sugar CRM so ideally you already know how to use that but its not essential.

If you already have warm HR contacts then wed very much appreciate this as our product is very appealing to HR. It offers unlimited personality profiling for one low fee of £999 + VAT - our competition all charge per-employee or even per-report. The primary advantages of personality profiling are:

1) Communication and Teamwork improved across the entire company
2) Recruiters always get a CV AND a personality profile in-hand when assessing candidates
3) The single yearly fee allows the company to control costs.

We also have additional HR consultancy available to UK based companies, providing training and coaching in aspects relating to Employee and Team Improvement through the use of psychometrics.

I have posted this as short-term initially, but if this goes well we will definitely extend.
