Kinetic text for a 60 second speech..in Romanian

The title says it all. This is all about an tourism agency type that "breaks" the common rules. Of Romania that is, as in the UK for example it would be the equivalent of STA travel or Toucan.

I can translate the text to English if this helps.

Instead of doing the voice-over first, I would prefer to have this as a 2-stage process. 1) Assemble this as a kinetic text 2) I do the voice-over to fit 3) send it back to you to collate the two together. Of course payment is done after 1) not after 3).
