Kids iphone, ipad, and android app

General information for the app: Kids app with games, music, drawing and videos
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We need an app for kids where they can watch videos, songs, play games HTML5, and other activities. We also want to lock content so the user can unlock though in-app purchase.
we would also need an admin page to insert new videos, songs, html5 games to the app.
I have uploaded a first draft of what the design of the app will look like. so the kids would browse the ferris wheel to the content or character they like and when they tap, would open a screen with videos, music, or games of that specific content.
