Description

Experience Level: Expert
Need Kannel to be installed on CentOS7 with Fail-over mechanism to route MT SMS on SMPP to HTTP link with very low latency and take DLRs back from HTTP link and send to appropriate SMPP connections.
We are looking at 500 TPS at the least and definitely require some sort of fail-over mechanism and load sharing.
