Joomla templates set up from html/css/images

Produce a skinned theme from developed html/css files we have produced for use on an existing developed Joomla website that a client has produced.

Will need to develop some modules (home slider, login area etc) and some forms also for a registration process .

Time is short for this project to completion as deadline is around 1st week of August for launch. Quick start and turnaround required.
