Joomla Expert to update and improve 6 current Joomla websites

Local Expert required - Must be located in or near to West Midlands

We currently have 6 company websites that need updating all created in Joomla. We need them making more exciting with the use of graphics and more 'clever' and interactive functions, new pages need adding and some of the content needs adjusting on the pages to bring the information above the fold. Our in-house web guy is now tied up on other projects and hasn't got the time to improve the sites so we need a one off service to help. (with the potential for further work if the job is done well.)

I'm looking for a real Joomla expert that can take our current sites and bring them to life. The work needs doing in the next 5 weeks.
