Javascript iFrame expert required

I have a wordpress website that features an affiliate advertisement. The affiliate advertisement utilizes the following code (URL structure in following example is real, but the domain is not):

I am looking for a solution that will either:

1. Stop the search engines crawling/indexing the javascript, OR

2. Allow the outbound links contained within the iframe to be nofollowed (bearing in mind that the iframe appears to be externally hosted)
