Italian Translator - Interviewing Doctors

Fluent speaker in Italian and English required to conduct 45 minute interviews with Italian Doctors in Emergency Medicine to understand more about how Emergency Medicine drugs are prescribed and used in local hospitals.

The job requires someone with good Italian and good English, good written and verbal communication skills and preferably with some healthcare/medical background.

The project will involve conducting 5-6 interviews in Italian.

Specific tasks required:
•Translation of interview questionnaires from English into Italian – contains medical language – 1 hour
•Translation of the invitations for the interview and response templates from English into Italian – 1-2 hours
•Responding to emails and scheduling interviews with Italian Physicians/Doctors – 30 minutes per interviewee (c. 7-10 doctors)
•Conducting telephone interviews in Italian with Physicians/Doctors – 45 minutes
•Recording and reporting results – 45-60 minutes per interview
