IT home office setup

I am a small company currently running out of a home office. I have 2 laptops and a printer all running off a wireless hub. I also have an IPhone which I use to access e-mails.

I am looking for someone to review my setup, make recommendations about the way I use the IT solutions and how I can improve this then implement these solutions.

To begin with I think this should take no longer than 2 hours as I already have an 'adequate' (if disjointed) system working. However I will also want ongoing support and once I have established a good client relationship, if the ability / desire is there I could use the same person for website changes (currently on Wordpress), SEO and in the future setting up new employees with similar systems plus support if things go wrong!

Ideally I would like someone living in Brighton or the surrounding area so they could visit occasionally. In the past I have had IT support using remote connections and it worked well for some things but not others.
