Iphone Music App Needed ASAP

I am looking to develop a music app based on guitar scales designed to be a \'riff generator\', so it would have to randomly generated a sequence of notes from a pre-selected scale, if you look at an app called \'Riff Maker\' you\'ll get the general idea and I also have a mock up PDF of how the app could look, although there is scope for simplifying it or making it more complex, depending on costs.

it is an urgent cost, the people who know guitar would have a better idea of it.

I need to deliver the project before 8th april, I am looking for some one with strong back ground and come back with a proposal.
any bids after 16th March after 4pm UK would not be acceptable.
