Iphone/Android App Design

We are looking for someone to develop and app to run on iphone and/or android mobile phones.

The app will perform in a similar way to TownGuideApps.com but for just one town, not any number of towns.
Local businesses will be able to list their business on the app. The businesses will be added by a manager of the project for the town and then the advertiser will be able to keep their details up to date by logging in to an admin system. Each business would be shown within a category such as Shopping, Leisure, and so on, may be around 5/6 different categories.

There are other features that would be required including general location map for the town plus the ability for the location of the advertisers business to be shown.

It could also be possible that a loyalty scheme would be set up and we would like to know the extra cost to develop that kind of feature within the app. It would work like -> Register to view offers and/or participating businesses and email vouchers that might be available.

We expect this kind of app would need a web based management interface too and the app would use a connection to that web based system to carry out searches etc when the app is used.

This app will be for a single town.

I look forward to receiving pricing and a description of how you would achieve both the app design and management solution. Also i need to know if you would need to provide hosting or can we arrange that ourselves for the management app.
