Iphone and android phone app for our restaurant

We want an iphone app that people can upload from app store on iPhone and android phones.

Not web app, need the app to have sections for menu's including allergies advice, including: selecting from the menu starters, main course, and deserts. News Page, specials offers, contact details etc...

Can you do this project from start to finish including the applications for app stores and get app passed etc, so app will be ready to go ?
