IPad Application for Reservation System

Develop a ipad application for web based restaurant reservation system. The application should have following features:

1) Show availablity & Occupancy level (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
2) Show Blocked date, time, tables, area
3) Show current reservations and guest details
4) Search availability on some parameters
5) Make a reservation
6) Call guest directly from app
7) Write notes for reservation
8) Create walkin booking
9) Create telephone booking
10) Change status of booking (Completed, Show, No Show, Cancelled etc)
11) Show table layout and their availablity
12) Show tables which are blocked
13) Show Restaurant Area and their tables
14) Reservation could be for multiple sessions e.g. Dinner, Lunch, Breakfast. Upto 4 sessions are possible.
15) Handle multiple sites
16) Search guest and book tables for existing guest.
17) Reallocate tables (Drag and drop facility)
18) Reports => Occupancy levels and availablity

There could be minor tweaks around above points.
