Integrate Facebook with my website

Hello, I am hoping that what I have outlined below is possible to do and I'm prepared to pay a premium to get it done.

I want a Facebook 'Login' button on a web page.

When the user clicks this 'Log in' button, if it is their first time ever entering the website, they get a questionaire page saying,

'Please name a film you've seen in the past year.'

Genre (drop down box for user to select one)
Horror
Comedy
Romance

Name of film: (text box)


When they click a 'Done' button, their information is stored in my database. Then the page below is loaded.

'See what films your friends have watched in the past year. Select by genre.'

When the user clicks a 'Done' button, we see Facebook friends who have seen a film in that chosen genre, and the name of the film they've listed.

Another button, 'Show all for selected genre' - shows the responses of all people who have filled in the questionaire, irrespective of whether they are friends or not.
