Instagram like application

I am looking to get an iphone application that have similar features that Instagram has. It will be a photo sharing application where artists can share their works.

• Photo sharing
• Photo filters (Like Photo camera UV filters Red, Brown, Black & Gray, Old effect etc...)
• #hash tags
• What is hot (Popular photos)

I have some other features that will set apart from Instagram and make it unique on its own, but those details will be given once we agreed on the job and I have a quote of how much it would cost to design an Instagram like app, also time frame.
