Input names, addresses, phone numbers and website urls into a spreadsheet

I need to have various prospective clients copied from a particular associations website into a spreadsheet that I can use to a) post sales materials, b) phone, and c) visit their websites.

The data is for professionals in the US, and there are about 300 people listed. The full contact information is one click away for each (i.e. the person's name, address and phone number are on one webpage, and their website is listed when you click their name).

There are about 20 people to start with, and an additional 300 if things go smoothly.

The data must be entered Letter-perfect, and it can be copied from the website and pasted onto the spreadsheet.
