Improvements to design and functionality of an existing site

Delivery and integration of the below features and pages into an existing UK based site used to rate services provided by suppliers. Suppliers register on free and paid plans, are reviewed and can be searched for with a profile and reviews displayed:

1) Improvements to the design of a homepage delivering quality html and css, (detailed wire frames and instructions will be provided, should be responsive design, optimised for load time and professional in appearance)

2) Redesign of a header and page template for the rest of the site

3) 2 new static pages developed (wire frame and content provided)

4) 1 new dynamic page pulling review data from a MySql database and displaying all relevant reviews (pagination needed) with aggregated scoring at the top and scoring accessible to Google Ratings, this page will be linked to directly from supplier sites and should be neutral in design.

5) Integration with a payment provider (estimated at 1-2 days work by provider, php examples provided)

6) Rewrite a 5 step Registration Process to a single page for new registrations and updating details if already registered.

7) Apply the new tier levels (basic, standard, premium) to the registration and update the profile page to show varying information and options depending on the supplier tier level.

8) Fixing a search page bug where using the browser back button brings up a form submit question rather than returns to the search page.

Skills required, PHP, MySQL, CMS, HTML and JavaScript (JQuery at a minimum), and Design skills, Work will be documented and issued via JIRA and you'll be expected to update each task with progress and provide code which you've tested locally to a beta test environment. You'll be familiar with good practice in design and coding and have reference sites to demonstrate this.

We're looking for a longer term development partner and chosen this subset of work which we believe representative of site functionality and our future plans. We hope to find a partner who can deliver this to an excellent quality, agreed time and budget and who is keen to take on further development work. We will have full time staff on hand to answer any questions promptly, clarify any issues and provide any additional information you require.
