Improve English language speaking skills

I'm looking for a tutor who will help me to enhance my speaking skills.
I certain that my speaking skills are not so good as want them to be and I believe that it is a matter of lack experience.

So first of all we should determine the level of my English.
We can start from a 1 hour paid test job to discover my capabilities and come to agreement about further conditions.
