Illustrator logo designer needed

I am looking for someone who is able to do clean illustration designs. I need my current Motto Logo redesigned. At the moment the Logo is like a grunge style but I now need this to be cleaned up, made more professional as I will be adding this on my clothing products and in some cases may need to embroid the logo so needs to be clean.

The style of the logo would be like an emblem look.
