Illustrator for wedding invite

Hello

I am looking for an illustrator to turn my specific idea for a wedding invite into an illustration.

I was proposed to by my dog running to me with the ring tied round his neck, I am looking for someone to draw the dog holding a sign hanging from his mouth saying 'wedding' with flowers all around him. He is a scruffy little dog and he was wearing a doggie tuxedo so I think it would be a fun project for someone that fancies it.
