Louise came to me asking for a last minute caricature which she needed to be done within 24 hours. I worked hard to provide her with what she was looking for. Louise changed her mind about what she wanted included in the caricature a number of times, and became increasingly reluctant to co-operate throughout the process. Unfortunately through her poor communication and by consistently changing her mind about what it was she actually wanted from me, she was left unsatisfied by the end result. After giving her a round of amendments for free ( even though these changes were specific things she asked for, and then changed her mind about, not a mistake on my part ) she then expected me to make further amendment with no additional costs from me. Unfortunately I would not work with her again, having felt like I have been poorly treated, and honestly undermined in her opinions of how a freelancer should work and be paid. On the plus side she was quick with her payments. Everything else was awful.
