Illustrator for children's book

I'm Samina, I am currently working on a 'short' children's book. My book is for children aged 5 to 7. (Early reading). I am in search for a illustrator who can illustrate my book.

My book is about a boy who dislikes vegetables but grows to like them towards the end of the story.

I am in search for someone who can draw vegetables and people in cartoon format.

Preferred colours: warm, friendly colours
Where the design will be used: print, ebook and web
Extra notes: I am looking to create a series of books for my character so there will be possible further work for the illustrator I use.

Illustrator must be 'RELIABLE AND HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION' Please no time wasters as I am serious about my project.


Here are some further details for you;

I am aiming my book for educational purposes. (Children eating their vegetables is the key focus). So I would ideally need 30 illustrations inside the book so it makes the story fun and exciting for the children. But I am willing to change the number if needed to.

I would require someone to do unlimited alternations for the illustrations and they would need to be of a medium. (Not filling the entire page).with background and with a focus on the characters and scene which will relate to the text.
Text will need to be included

If possible I would prefer hand drawn illustrations and not Vector illustrations/graphics. But I am open to view any which could be suitable.... Surprise me!

I have 1 main human character, 5 vegetables and occasional 4 (human characters) which appear once or twice in the book.

The maximum I can extend my project is up to 8 weeks. I would need 30 illustrations, front and back cover, text for the book and 2 logos. The first logo would be an image with text and the second one would be text.(Both on a small scale)

Please send me examples of any illustrations you have done which would be similar to what I am after or are aimed at children?

For the characters, I would like the boy to look a bit like Horrid Henry maybe or Arnold from Hey Arnold. A boy who is a little rebellious but cute and enjoys playing. Please feel free to send me any idea's you may have.

The cover design would reflect the story and I am looking for someone to design that too. With regards to the logo it does not have to be in the same style as the book as I am looking to use it on other books.

Questions;

Will your illustrations be in high resolution? I will need to have the rights to the illustrations as I would be looking to using them for marketing purposes i.e website, Facebook etc.
