Ideas for Inner Page Design for Word Press site

We have a WordPress site with a really very nice professional looking home page design and we are looking for someone to come up with ideas for a similarly nice inner page design based on this!

It's only the design ideas we need as we have coders already who can implement/code. Once the coders have done their bit it would then be a case of going into WordPress and formatting each content page - the raw text has already been added to each.

So ideally looking for someone who can do this as well.

Can supply URL and any other details required upon request.

No great rush but it is not a high budget so may suit someone starting off on here or as work to do in the background?
