I would like my website revamped.

I have recently had a new website created and after having waited 14 months for its completion the gallery, which was the main purpose of the site being revamped, is my least favourite thing about the site. Also this site was created using all flash, consequently I am cutting out thousands of potential customers who use ipads and iphones.
If you know of a way I can get rid of the flash work without having to get rid of the site in its entirety, I would love to hear from you. Even if you feel that rather than re-coding the site a complete new site would be required, I would also like to hear from you. My main concerns are the flash and the gallery/portfolio. I would like to know the cost for either revamping or a new site.
I must say I have little faith in web designers as the last two I have dealt with have fallen very short of my expectations, so if you know your stuff and can deliver all you promise, I long to hear from you.
