I want an Access based database that integrates with Outlook

I want a database either online or on a network of three PC`s. The fields are simple and should be sorted by name or company year-end. However, it should integrate with Outlook. So any user can go into a contact, send an email and that email is stored as history with that client. Another useful feature would be a timer to record phone calls and to add a note. But thats an option, its not completely neccassary. This system would replace Act!
