I require a content managed training website

General information for the website: I require the website to display training courses I can offer companies
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: No idea
Description of every page/module: I require the site to be able t list courses I can train in.

I will need to be able to add content easily.

I will need headings to place course listing under. These headings should also be listed on the home page.

I will need to be able to add pdfs of courses.

Will need the following pages as a minimum:

Home Page
Course Listings
About Us
Testimonials
Companies Trained
Staff
Mailing list option
Contact us

All the above pages need to be content managed.
