- this Job is for a professional WordPress Developers who have the ability to make customized development functions in WordPress using php and MySQL.

- the estimated time for this Job is maximum 15 days (including weekends & holidays).
- Budget of Job is 800$ divided as follow , 300$ deposit and 500$ after finishing the job as required exactly.

The General View for the job:

- we are an syndicate Organization who already have a current working website, http://www.ems.org.eg (not a WordPress but it's php and mySQL).
- we need to create a new WordPress website depended on "Sahifa" theme (http://themes.tielabs.com/sahifa/) with some customization in boxes position inside the home page , plus modify the Slideshow in the home page by adding thumbnail images to the default slideshow of the "Sahifa" theme , then we need some professional development Customization in
the theme by adding some features and functions as will be mentioned in the next parts.


Technical Details of Required Tasks in this Job:

The JOB will be divided into 5 stages as follows:


Stage Number 1 (Design and Layout): [2 days]

- installing "Sahifa" theme.
- installing the default Layout Design of "Sahifa" theme.
- modifying the default layout to be something like attached image (required_Layout.jpg).
- modifying the Slideshow in the home page by keeping it as the same but adding thumbnail images under the large image to be something like attached image (SlideShow.jpg).
- Modifying the ADs Space widgets to make it accept the Static images and the Animated Gif Images.
- Modifying An other ADs Space widgets and link it with ANY JQuery Plugin , So when Web Site Editor fill the text & image in the Back End , text and image get animated dynamically in the Front End.

Stage Number 2 (Members Registration): [3 days]

- Importing to the New WordPress Database , the Actual Data of Syndicate Members (Full Name , Date of Birth , Membership No. , License No. , etc.) , which i will send to you as Excel sheet (pls see attached image excel_sheet.jpg)
- Creating Registration Form in the new WordPress website containing the same fields of syndicate members (Excel sheet) , Plus username and password fields.
- when user end filling of the form and click Submit button , the function is Validate that Data filled by user in form fields is the same as Data in the Website Database (Which imported in previous step from excel sheet) , SO if it's the same accepting the registration and adding the user name & password for the database , AND if isn't the same , refusing the registration and ask the user to re-enter the fields not validated.
- adding Voting System to the website , BUT voting will be Allowed only for registered Members.

Stag Number 3 (Migrating & online Payment): [3 Days]

- Migrating the Current MySQL Data Base which including only An NEWS archive of the syndicate , Migrate it with the New WordPress Website , So we don't lose our NEWS archive.
- Adding an online payment gateway using only MasterCard & Visa-card.

Stage Number 4 (Syndicate Forum): [2 Days]

- Modifying the colors of the current Forum Layout (http://www.ems.org.eg/vb/) , to be the same colors as new WordPress website.
- Modifying the Database of the Forum Members to be the same as Database of the WordPress Website , which mean that when user register in the web site , it got registered also in the Forum with the same user name and password.

Stage Number 5 (Final Test & Publish): [1 Day]

- installing and moving the finished and final working Web site from your server to our Server & publish it to be available online for users.
