I need to update my existing website with WordPress functionality

My existing website is www.fowler-estates.co.uk

The business involves commercial property letting of more than 50 business units on 2 sites.

The units are constantly being let and re-let. I there require the site to show a map of all properties, but with the ability to only show details for those those available at a given time, enabling me to hide those that are not available. I need a simple checkbox to do this.

I would like an attractive but functional site that is SEO'd for "commercial property in west dorset" and similar words.

I would expect to provide photos and logos as requested, and once one property is configured I can add the additional content for all other properties.
