I need to make an adjustment to my logo

This job has two parts:

1. I have a logo but the company name and identity is changing. The company name was 'Urban Vitality', a complementary health practice based in London. However, I am trying to promote myself more as an individual, more friendly and personable rather than corporate. The logo is added for you below and the basic design can remain however the font of the text, and perhaps the position, can be changed depending upon your design judgement. The new name is my own, Jonathan Dudley, and beneath would be either Holistic Healthcare or Energy Medicine (please do both if possible).

2. At the same time, I would like to see a logo which is just text based such as the example I have added but bearing in mind that I am a male holistic health practitioner with a largely professional female target market (which makes the example unsuitable because I feel it looks a little too masculine).
