Description: I Require someone to Draft me a Agreement for my website in regards to our proposals that we send privately. Needs to include the fact that once the third party has accepted the proposal they are REQUIRED to pay in full the amount owed in the proposal and subsequent invoice. any extra idea welcome, I will be wishing to use the Selected person for further legal jobs in the near future.
