Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a CMS website that needs to be changed. When I log in to the system it states that it is "content management 2.0" I need to change the look of the site but it is set up a certain way that I cannot change it.

The back end would need to be changed too. So that it can be updated by the end user.

I can email images. The attaching is not working here.
