I need my logo which I have attached slightly altering so it can be printed stitched onto clothing. I also need the website address adding and if at all possible some form of pic that depicts health.

It may be a little too much but altering to get it would be perfect. It needs to be a good quality for print.

I need it ASAP so a prompt turnaround would be great.
