I need an existing financial website converted to WordPress CMS

Description: I have an existing Website which I require to be converted to a Wordpress template. I have a UK-wide online platform that matches businesses, SMEs and Entrepreneurs seeking funding, finance, investment or advice, with the most appropriate funder, lender, investor or adviser.

There are three type of users for which the marketplace will be of interest. Once fully registered and paid-up, the marketplace will allow Angels, SMEs and Funders/Advisers to create and display listings of promotional offers for their specific products and services. Whilst enriching the overall content and functionality of the FS.com site, the marketplace will also offer registered members extra benefits and a unique way of promoting their business.

The homepage will most likely use a number of dynamic “tiles” in order to promote current listings. The order in which listings appear on the page will be randomized and the user will simply scroll down to view all available. Additionally there will be a search facility which will use the same “intelligent” search mechanism as within the main FS.com site, i.e. autocompleting the search phrase based on known offers available. Types of offer will also be shown as menu items, e.g. loans, insurance, etc., based on the listing group defined for each offer.

I realise this is quite a large project, i'm really keen to get this started as soon as possible. I have a complete document with all the relevant details. I'm looking for a complete breakdown of the project, with times and costs involved including transferring existing data to the new CMS site.
