I NEED A WEBSITE DEVELOPED WITH WORD PRESS. AGGRESSIVE TEAM WORKING ON THIS PROJECT

It's a sports website that has multiple sports levels from men , women to 8th grade all the way up to varsity. I need the site to have manageable features that are customizable for each sport and level. Also there is a ticker on the home pages and team pages. I need for this to be a one way message/updater. Using twitter and instant messaging of some sort. I have a examples of the site the only different is the navigation, I want it to be like the pdf file attached.

I also want a membership system that will allow me to give access to special sections on the site.
