I need a virtual secretary service

Hi, I am involved in a small accountancy practice and I need help with transcription of file notes as I never get around to typing them up. I will send you a file once a week (Fri/Sat) with the weeks events. The transcribing of the notes should be completed by the following Wednesday (at the latest) Each new note needs to be done as a separate document so they can be attached to the relevant clients files on our server. I will provide a word template of how I want them laid out. I will also need your suggestion as to what (cheap) kit I will need (I don't want to have to spend lots on this, basic is good)
