I need a two-tiered personal website made

I need a six-page website constructed. One page will need to be a landing page to choose which segment of the site to visit, and the other page is the Wordpress blog. I can provide more details in private.

It should look professional, and is meant for me (not a company). I'd like some form of regular communication with the individual I select, as well.

Project will be awarded tomorrow. I would prefer to work with someone who is new to freelancing or in the early stages of their career.
